Alexa is an entrepreneur, strategist, and co-founder of the pedagogical technology company CritiqueIt, Inc. She is a Creative Process Coach who works with risk-taking teams to unlock innovation, strengthen alignment, and move complex ideas forward. Integrating Positive Intelligence and design thinking, she helps leaders and creative teams build the mental fitness and structure needed to bring ambitious work to life.

She currently serves as President of Liquid Theatre Collective, where she supports the development of new theatrical works through a more adaptive, human-centered model. MARIAN: ONE VOICE marks her first application of these methodologies in musical theater, guiding the creative process behind a work now advancing toward major institutional collaboration.
